This project was a Design and Construct industrial warehouse consisting of 4600m2 of warehouse space with racking and 500m2 of new office space. External features included hardstands for carparking, access ring road and new landscaping. Works were completed in conjunction within a live operating environment which required close communication with the client.  The structure was comprised of tilt-up concrete panels, structural steel cladded in colourbond sheeting. The warehouse and office space was delivered ahead of time and under budget to enable early access to facilitate early client operations.
