The development comprised the construction of approx. 6000m2 of retail space including the main Coles
tenancy, 200m2 Liquorland tenancy and 13 other mixed-use tenancies including a 500m2 gym and a NIDO
double story childcare Centre.
The shopping Centre boasts the first ever drive through click and collect in Australia and is also the first
“column free” trading floor which allows Coles complete luxury in being able to set/change the layout of the
store without considering the impact of columns to the isles etc.
The shopping center’s design intent was to reflect the Village lifestyle seen throughout all CGPD
developments and included a mix of environmentally friendly materials in the build, not least recycled
plastics within the asphalt to the car park.
