The project covered an area of approximately 165,000m2 in the suburb of
Forrestdale. Kargotich Rd boarders the eastern side of the property.

Project scope of work included the following:

Construction of the Prix Car includes:
• Construction of 5000m2 of warehouse, 600m2 of adjoining office, 3585m2 of office
carpark and 144,000m2 of hardstand for car storage.
• Concrete footings, traditional concrete slabs, and concrete fibre slabs.
• Pre-cast Panel and Colourbond cladding walls
• Structural steel and roofing systems.
• Internal and external building Services
• External Civil hardstand, Fuel stations, wash bay, car parks and landscaping
• External feature claddings and awnings.
