This project consisted of a full Design and Construct of the new Dockwise Australia head office located in the Perth CBD. The office was located in the heritage precinct of Brookfield place, within the Royal Insurance Building.

The design had to compliment the heritage features of the building without any compromise to the existing build fabric. Finishes included flooring and furniture especially imported from the Netherlands. All works had to be completed outside normal working hours due to existing tenants operating within the building.

The project was completed on budget and handed over one week early.
