In unison with Endeavour Properties, Credentia Construction continued our strong relationship to build seven commercial tenancies shared among two buildings; targeting hospitality, medical and automotive tenants. Key features of the project comprised of painted concrete panels, colourbond and CFC cladded facades. Furthermore, earthy looking limestone retaining walls were constructed; rounded off by mature landscaping and exposed aggregate pedestrian pathways which ties into the evolving Ashby Village Hub.
